Retirement housing 

Retirement housing supports the most vulnerable people across the region

This service is available to people who are 55+ and people under 55 with a support need that can be met within retirement housing. 

Criteria for retirement accommodation can be found in our letting policy.

Residents have access to a regular welfare check and housing support provided by staff of the relevant partner landlord.  All properties are fitted with care call equipment including smoke detectors, inactivity sensors and the service is supported by a 24 hour care call response service.
