Your first rent payment will be due as soon as you receive the keys to your new home. Your housing officer will let you know the frequency of your rent charges – this information can also be found in your tenancy agreement.  You can choose to pay each week, fortnight, four-weekly or monthly or you may have an agreed arrangement with your housing officer.
