There is a big demand for social housing in the UK – but unfortunately there are not enough available homes. Homes4D&G’s landlords have a combined portfolio of 11,400 properties across the region and let around 1100 homes a year – with more than 4500 people on our housing list.  

We are required by law to let our homes to those most in housing need. We give preference to certain groups, including statutory homeless people, people who are living in overcrowded or under occupied homes, those who are occupying houses and applicants who are living in properties that have been assessed as below tolerable standard by the local authority.
