Homeless households will be placed in their own Band and will be matched into suitable available properties based on their areas of choice. Applicants will then be prioritised based on the length of time they have been homeless.   We will continue our commitment to our strategic partners of allocating a percentage of our available homes to homeless customers. We can offer all homeless customers access to our support services including tenancy support, debt and money advice.
